Cancer is a disease caused by the growth of body tissue cells that are not normal. Cancer cells will grow rapidly, out of control, and will continue to divide, then infiltrate the surrounding tissues (invasive) and continue to spread through the connective tissue, blood, and attacking vital organs and spinal cord.
Under normal circumstances, cells will only divide if no replacement cells that have died and broken. In contrast, cancer cells will divide continues even though the body does not need it, so it will happen accumulation of new cells. The growth of abnormal cells need to be inhibited by the use of chemotherapy and radiotherapy. Some side effects caused by the treatment is hair loss, disorders of the bone marrow is decreased hemoglobin, platelets, and white blood cells, making the body weak, tired feeling, shortness of breath, easy bleeding, and can easily become infected, the skin turns blue / black, dry, and itchy, at the mouth and throat are canker sores, dry feel, and difficulty in swallowing, nausea and vomiting, abdominal pain digestive tract, impaired hormone production resulting in lower fertility.
