Habits That Can Make Your Energy Shortage

Often feel tired after stepping 40 years of age? You are not alone. A study conducted by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention found that 58% of people in that age used to sleeping less than seven hours each night.

The study also found that 80% of people aged 50 years and over without intentionally fall asleep during the day at least once a month.

"Although the relationship between lack of sleep and aging are inseparable, you may be surprised that the lack of sleep and age was not much effect on the level of energy you have day-to-day," said Julie Hammerstein, nutritionist and weight loss center director of The Source.

3. Energy drinks or vitamin drinks.
